We hire freshers only right now and train you on real Salesforce work alongside senior practitioners. These are 6-month fixed-term contract roles, onsite at our Secunderabad, Hyderabad office (PIN 500015); continuation beyond the term is based on performance and need, and is not guaranteed. Business Analyst

Capture what clients need, document it clearly, and brief the developers.
What you’ll do
  • Gather and document client requirements and scope
  • Write clear user stories and engagement notes
  • Coordinate sign-off and keep clients updated on status
  • Translate business needs into clear tasks for developers
What we look for
  • Bachelor’s degree — BBA, B.Com, BCA, B.Tech/BE or similar
  • Strong written & spoken English and documentation skills
  • Analytical, organised and detail-oriented
  • Interest in Salesforce/CRM (Trailhead a plus, not required)

Salesforce Developer (SF + Java)

Build, test and integrate on the platform — Salesforce (Apex) and Java.
What you’ll do
  • Build and test in Salesforce sandboxes (Apex, flows, config)
  • Work on integrations between Salesforce and other systems (REST/SOAP APIs, web services)
  • Fix bugs and implement features to a written scope
  • Write clean, tested, deployable work
What we look for
  • Bachelor’s in CS/IT/Engineering — B.Tech/BE, BCA or MCA
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce development (Apex) and Java
  • Exposure to integrations — REST/SOAP APIs or web services
  • Understanding of OOP and basic databases; Trailhead/certs a plus

Business Development & Marketing Executive

Find the businesses who need us — and bring them in.
What you’ll do
  • Identify and reach prospective clients (LinkedIn, email, local network)
  • Explain our Salesforce services clearly and qualify leads
  • Run simple marketing campaigns and track what works
  • Support proposals and follow-ups to win business
What we look for
  • Bachelor’s degree — BBA/Marketing, B.Com, BCA, B.Tech or similar
  • Strong communication, persuasion & written English
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce admin basics (Trailhead a plus)
  • Self-driven, organised and comfortable reaching out to people
